Buying a home

How it works

1. First call

   We talk through budget, timing, and the areas and home types you want.

2. Pre-approval

   You get pre-approved with a lender so sellers take your offers seriously.

3. Buyer agreement

   We sign a written buyer agreement before we tour homes together.

4. Tours

   We see homes in person. I point out condition issues and the sales that set each price.

5. Offer

   I price the offer from recent sales, review disclosures with you, and set terms.

6. Escrow

   I coordinate inspections, appraisal, loan, and paperwork through closing.
