Using this site or sending a message does not create an agency, fiduciary, or client relationship. A real estate agency relationship is created only by a signed written agreement, after the agency disclosures required by California law. Please do not send confidential information, such as your negotiating position, until a written agreement is in place.

Content on this site is for general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, or lending advice. Talk to an attorney, accountant, or lender about your specific situation.

Accuracy of information

• City market statistics come from the Redfin Data Center, a free public dataset, and are shown with the period they cover. They are refreshed monthly and may be revised by Redfin after publication. They are not MLS listing data.
• School test results come from the California Department of Education's CAASPP Smarter Balanced results, a free public dataset, and are shown with the school year they cover. They are refreshed once a year. Test results are one measure of a school and are not a rating or ranking.
• City guides describe places, homes, and public services in general terms. School district boundaries, flood zones, fire hazard zones, and local rules change. Confirm them for any specific address with the responsible agency.
• Sale information reflects closed transactions in which Sean Rossiter represented a buyer, a seller, or both. Square footage and other property details come from public records and the MLS and are approximate.
• Home value ranges provided through this site are estimates, not appraisals, and should not be relied on for lending or legal purposes.
• The law and tax guides under Resources summarize California and federal rules as of the date shown on each guide. Laws change, and local rules differ. The guides are not legal or tax advice.
